Extra virgin olive oil specifications:

Extra virgin olive oil is produced by mechanical means without the use of any solvents, and under temperatures that will not degrade the oil, called cold extraction. Olives from Abruzzo and different cultivars like Frantoio, Leccino, Gentile of Chieti.After the olives are picked, any leaves, twigs, and stems are removed, and the olives are washed.
